Shipping
All prices are exclusive of shipping. Shipping is based on our cost. There are no extra charges for customs forms or packaging. Unless otherwise specified by the buyer we use the least expensive method of shipping. In the U.S. that’s 1st Class parcel up to 15 ounces. Full kit currently $8. Priority Mail above 15 ounces. Internationally, USPS 1st class can be used up to 1.8Kgs. Full kit under 0.5Kg, currently about $19.50, except the South Pacific. The £20 exemption is gone on imports. All just another effect of BREXIT. VAT and customs are the buyers responsibility.
Thanks, George

ReplyDeletehello by any chance do you have a Nexstar Tripod to Photo adapter plate? looking to use the tripod with a Star Adventurer and would like a 3/8 mount to it
ReplyDeleteNot aware of any such accessory. Back in the day Celestron sold an adapter that mounted on the wedge to hub threads and had a center screw for the mount. It had a 1/4-20 threaded screw. Of course 'Nexstar Tripod" includes several models and I am referring to the standard field tripod. If I needed such an adapter 'd just get one of these rounds and machine it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/361297051564?hash=item541efb7fac:g:xy0AAOSwPe1ULgYE

ReplyDeleteHi, which kit is the most complete for a cg4 mount ?
ReplyDeleteNot sure what you mean by complete. Each kit consists of the printed circuit board and all the components needed to finish a working controller except the step motor drivers, which are optional. Where the controllers are different is in the number of optional features they support. The MaxESP3 offers the most feature support, then the MiniPCB2 and 3rd the STM32. But each fully supports OnStep goto functions. The MiniPCB3, which is only sold assembled and tested is essentially a MaxESP3 without the connectors for a focuser and rotator and the ESPduino32/Hujer supports a few less features, like encoders. If you have any other questions contact me at my email: stm32bluepill@gmail.com
